Yes issue resolved.

Could not get into my account to change my email and password. Took 2 days and yes I was ticked off. Don't like that I have to talk to a dang robot either, or chat with a tech. Much better Customer Service when you can talk to a Human on the Phone. But I guess that is what these companies want not AI. User's recommendation: If you don't like something speak up.
