The Viral Best advertises that your PC will work better with their Xtra PC flash drive. I decided that $57.98 is too much for a flash drive that is supposed to speed up your computer. I did not even open the package in which the item is contained. They refuse to give you a refund regardless of your claim. They claim that they will only give you a refund if the package or the item is damaged or defective in freight. Do NOT order the XTRA Pc-Turbo 32x1. It is a scam and I am out the money.. I will be calling the bank to see if I can get my money back that way.
