My check was declined. I recently moved to Doniphan. Mo. from Chicago, Il.. I still have my old phone number; I also bank in Doniphan with Southern Bank. I have never bounced a check; and I am 62 years old! Trying to use Certegy's automatic phone calls is a joke! Can't ever speak to a person. I am at a stand still, I guess I can contact Dollar General and let them know their check acceptance system sucks! User's recommendation: Do not even try to get anything resolved with this company unless you like dealing with automated phone service.
