Wrong product sent

I was sent the wrong air filter for my older Kenko Air Purifier. The person that took the order is Esther Smith. ID #80195****. So I had to return the product. That being said, I had to pay for shipping and returning the product. So I would like to receive a refund or put that amount towards the next purchase. Item code is 1445. Order #1862****. Order date is 7/7/2020. I have been pursuing this for the last couple of months and extremely frustrated. Your support will be most appreciated.
