Wrong design, blurred edges, poor customer service I ordered tee shirts for a fundraiser. I made a correction in the design and submitted it before production. I informed ooshirts by email, voice message, and talked to customer service about it and I was assured they had the new design. The order reflected it. Nevertheless, ooshirts printed and mailed me shirts with the wrong design and a poor quality print with blurred edges. I spent a week seeking a resolution. Customer service was slow and unresponsive. Two days before the event, ooshirts finally acknowledged their error. It informed me I would receive replacements with the correct design about two weeks after the event, when I had no use for the shirts. Unfortunately, based on my experience with ooshirts, I will never use its services again and would not recommend it.
