Wrong Charge to client
We contact you to make a complaint about a card payment made to our customers who stayed at your hotel in the first days of August. Rothenberger German x 4 Rothenberger Victoria x 4 The reservation was made through Bookohotel (reservation code #M4Q8K2) 2 Flamingo Executive Room 2 Queens Non-Smoking Flamingo Executive Room 2 Queens Non-Smoking Check in 05 aug check out 07 aug When the costumers went to check out they had an wrong charge on their Visa and Master card (because Visa did not validate the operation, so they used mastercard). When our customers complained, they were given a new invoice in which the incorrect charges no longer appeard. The problem is that the corresponding charge has already arrived on the Visa card, they called to complain and told them that they should complain to the hotel and not to the credit card. I need to request if you can send us some kind of documentation that costumers can present to Visa and Master card. We need some kind of document to give to Visa/Mastercard where you can explain that they should not charge such a fee. Thank you very much and I look forward to your answer. Lic.
