Would not address complaints or answer phone calls

Did not get any customer service from the ECO Mattress Store after the sale. Started having sagging problems with Natura Laytex Mattresses (2 twin XL's/dual king) within 8 weeks of delivery (Nov 2011) and could not get anyone to answer or return calls (did not have any problem getting calls answered before purchase). Finally had to get the BBB involved to communicate, they finally, after 4 months, honored the warranty for one mattress of a dual king set, but never had any contact from the company or the manufacturer regarding what was going on until a freight company called to set up delivery. The other mattress also needs replacing- clearly the 90 day satisfaction guarantee has no real protection. The Company represents themselves as a Mattress Store, but I have since found out they DO NOT have a store front, they operate out of a UPS/mailing center using a PO Box as the suite #.
