We bought two Unused CRC Gyro machines made by American Range from another consumer who never never used them as they are still in original wrap. On week later, they stop spinning. We called American Range who told us you need to clean the motor. I asked how often do I need to disconnect and flip my machines and clean the Gear motor, fan, etc. They said as of as you need to. In my case twice Week. Six months later one motor went bad. Then I called American range. It’s $195 for a new motor. The problem is the skewer keeps dripping grease on the gear motor and all the electric parts because American Range don’t know how to insulate the motors like Autodoner whom I had machines from for 15 years. I promised American Range unless they fix this stupid design and replace my machines, I will writes complains all over the world. This is just the beginning. I will not be victimized by Idiots.
