Worst wireless Internet

Tried to purchase mobile wifi. After three attempts sucess. Then I could not access wifi hot-spot, tried logging in to my account and it did not recognise my details, even though they had taken payment. I received an email from the company to verify my details which I did. But still could not access my account. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
