I recommend my daughter &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; her boyfriend to your establishment at your Blackwood, NJ location right off of 168 Black Horse Pike & it was the worst night ever. There Jets didn't work to the hot tub & the people upstairs were so loud they didn't get any slerp. When I called to talk to the front desk about it the women was extremely rude & talked to me like I was a child. Never have I ever been treated this way & I definitely will never recommend this establishment to anyone ever again if this is how you treat your customers. The women at the front desk even admitted she had to call the police on the people above them because others complained as well. My daughter & her boyfriend stayed in room 113 Well since I can't click on your recommendations for future customers I will put this on Yelp to aware others from staying at this establishment & it will start off BEWARE!
