this is an online floral company. placed order for flowers in India where they claim they have presence and lists all the cities they deliver. Placed an order for mothers day. Paid them. Till today there is no communication on the status. I tried to call multiple times and they do not pick up the phone. Sent multiple emails asking for status. Three days after the mothers day they change the status to HOLD. They will not communicate via email and do not return the monies either. VERY BAD SERVICE. I could have placed the order with someone else if there was some indication that they cannot handle a small request.
