I ordered a chair from CYMAX. a recliner. it came while I was gone and a friend let them in. I came back from vacation and didn't like the chair. nothing wrong with it..it just was uncomfortable. The man i spoke with at cymax had told me that i could return it if i didn't like it or any thing was wrong with it. YEAH right. you can return it and get approximately 25% of your money back. They charge you a fee for "restocking" a fee for the first shipping. and then you have to pay to have it shipped back to them. I paid $650 for a chair and it would get back about $200. What a rip off! I would tell anybody...Do NOT buy from cymax!!!
