It was one of the worst experience of car rental I never had. It was extremely disappointing regarding the interaction with the employee, and also about the way they deal with money / credit card. Not only they took the money from my bank account without any permission or explanation, but moreover they also never reply to email or to phones call. Never, ever use EuropeCar again (my experience was in Bastia, Corsica). For your own interest try any other company but EuropeCar. So disappointing (without mentioning the inability to interact with whoever at the desk or at the garage: nobody knows anything apparently).
