Can't reach anybody by phone. Use to be able to reach out to their tech support from their website. Now you can't even do that. You submit requests to the Stream Dr and nobody calls you back. Now their website has changed where you can't even contact customer service and another site comes up trying to sell their service. Tried getting in contact with the sales rep who sold us the box and he doesn't return phone calls. I even switch to another phone and said I wish to buy another box. Nothing NADA. I lost $350 on this product. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!
