Worst possble company website and unhelpful agents
I booked an accommodation with HomeAway for April 2020. Due to change of plans I wanted to cancel my booking and get my deposit back. NO WHERE does Homeaway provide a proper answer how to do that. The site says the owner will anser. So she did and said I had to go to the French site; in turn the French site neither showed how to cancel a booking. When phoning them I got no connection, only music. When phoning the nimber in the USA I got first a person who hang up (and spoke with a terrible American accent) and then a person who again spoke almost incomprehensible American. I suggest that HomeAway is banned and no one ever tries to book with them again.
