Ordered a tree, at check out stated would ship in 7-10 days 4 weeks later contacted and they said would ship in another 6 weeks, told them to cancel order and they gave many reasons they could'nt. and would charge a cancellation charge, then offered a gift card, so i contacted my credit card company, they refunded.
