Akmal the technician, Vanessa, manager and Kourtney the receptionist are incompetent and rude. The technician damaged my machine by forgetting to install an important part and left that out of his report. I am left with a damaged unusable machine that is no longer covered by the service provider because of his purposeful omitted and flawed report. Avoid this company!
