On 2 separate occasions in Texas and Arkansas we have had freight returned to the supplier because their drivers claimed they couldn't find the addressees or they could get their trucks to the address. Both are BS and come down to their drivers are lazy. Never use SAIA for your freight needs. Then when you contact SAIA customer service they cant even get a hold of anyone at the terminal. This last issue which occurred two days ago, they claimed they couldn't make it down the road my resort is on in Arkansas and would call in 2 days so my employee could meet them in a town 45 minutes away. Well that never happened and I come to find out they sent the AC unit for a cabin back to the manufacture. I am loosing money everyday until I can get ventilation in that cabin.
