Worst experience in hotel EVER!!!!!!

I travel and work alot... so i go to alot of hotels. But this its the people who run this Are rude and checkout is at 11 and we asked if we could checkout at 12 and the guy working said yes we could but they start banging the doors at 9, 930, 10, and 11. Cig burns on blankets. Just bad servoce and hotel. Needs some extreme remodel of service and rooms.
