American Acceptance Credit bought over Capital Auto. The place I had my car loan through first. I have bank statements proving my payments were made every month! American Acceptance said I missed three payments when I had my loan with capital auto that it wasn’t an issue with them. I sent two different managers email with my bank statements & receipts from my loan company showing I paid all months! My car was repo’d & they are continuing to harass me! I have hired an attorney to take over from here! DO NOT USE this company!!! No one responds or tries to help, but they blow your phone up to tell you If your a certain amount of days late! Worst experience ever!!!
