Worst Customer Service of Any Company I Have Encountered

My TV and Internet went out suddenly. It took 24 hours of me calling, being put on hold endlessly, being disconnected, never being put through to a manager as I requested over and over and over and over and over again, to finally find out that the lie I was originally told that my technology was outdated and Telus needed to install a new modem and optic firbre was a lie, that there was an outage in the area User's recommendation: Never use this company for your services, period!
