Worst customer service ever..

Bought an electric fireplace online and it went bad from the beginning. First they offer free delivery but that's only to the curb if you want it inside or into the garage $100-$210 more. The worst was we were short a few of the small attachments used to assemble the cabinet. We called and were told 5-7 days they positively refused to overnight them. In the mean time we have parts on our table and island and a 30% completed cabinet on our living room floor...NEVER NEVER NeVER buy anything from this company. Stick to companies that know what customer service is..This by far the worst customer service I have received from any company in over 60 years
