Worst bank ever…do not use.

Opened account in WV years ago. Am now in Europe, last week ATM refused my withdrawal request although I have used it here for 4 years. Called, long story short they claimed my US mailing address had suddenly reverted to the previous WI address, which has been in use my mailing address was now Iowa. Recipient in WI notified bank and they put hold on account, meaning my SS check deposit in question, all ATM requests refused. My US mailing address had been receiving statements until 2019, then they stopped and apparently sent to WI~. Account now useless, need new account, since I am in Europe can't open new account that is good for MAYBE 10 plus days, might be month. This is my cash flow account, can't pay credit cards now or get cash. So, in Europe, no cash, can't pay credit cards, where will social security payment go? Have also per request of FCB faxed change of address, they didn't know if they got it, wanted me to call them on cell (I don't have international plan, don't use cell phone except for emergency because of dangerous health results from using cell phones and wireless devices. They think everybody uses dangerous cell phones, the telecoms have done a great job making it umpossible to do business without their deadly products. Want me to send second fax costing 5 euros because I did not indicate that I wanted the checking account attached to the debir card address changes, also a NOTORIZED letter explaining what happened. Another 10 plus days for this craziness. Supervisor Antonio in Milwaukee the worst, taunted me talked down to me, basically said too bad can't help. The worst CSR I have encountered in my life and he should be fired. Refused to allow me to speak to anyone above him of authority, they don't do that, ha, ha....you lose. Do I have to find and speak to a VP...yeah, probably. Hung up and tried again, after 45 minutes two days ago and terrible Antonio in Milwaukee. Vincent in Milwaukee nice and tried, no dice. Endless blather about security, how statement was sent to correct address on their file, need to open new account, endless PUT ON HOLD TO TALK TO SUPERVISOR WHO I CANNOT SPEAK TO...more and more 10 plus days for any action to be effective (if I'm lucky) and I know mail in Portugal bad at worst. Advised to send new card to the CURRENT correct mailing address. Still got nowhere...for my protection...this is bad...bad...bad beyond anyone's worst imagination. This bank is the absolute worst possible. Tried over and over to get password to have online banking to check foreign fees etc. and EVERY ONE was refused. Had to call to get the balance in my account every time and God only knows what they have charged me. Awful Antonio from Milwaukee said I need to MANAGE my account, stupid. Under pain of death by frustration and loss of funds do not use this bank.
