Give us no reason, no update. he just seemly said he is working on it, the loan will be cleared soon. then comes the first closing date passed, no loan was cleared then the second closing date passed.... finally the loan was cleared then come CD issue. one week after loan cleared (not 1 day as promised) CD out. missing the closing date the 3rd time.
