I need for the general manage from Jeff Lube to read this and response because I need my 311.65 that I waste on April 12 and spend 4 hours and 35 minutes. I went to Jeff lube because my engine light came on and all diagnostic said that spark plugs need to be replace wrong decision I took in going to Jiffy lube in Chester Virginia know my car do not run right and I need to get a rent car for 2 days until I figure out what is going on. The manager recommend changing my wires after he finish my car did not start he told me straight out his mouth he dint know what happing but I need to replace timing okay I went back in to the sit room he call me back told me he dint what happing but the wires was wrong so he change them and that the good news is that my light is off . Well my light is still on tell know I return back and he said is the timing bought so call expert mechanic he his telling me that my car is not working and passenger side does 3 spark plugs and that side . I ask him so what spark plugs and wires go to do with what you are telling me he told me I was not here yesterday he call me and told me to look at they car but he never come out with the expert mechanic he told me this and manager still inside bay like nothing happing.
