It is January 2018 I had my accident in October 2017 the companies have my car since the beginning of November and yet they won’t answer my calls they won’t answer the calls of the car rental company they won’t even get back in touch with the collision people for my car to be finished. I’ve never dealt with such awful company over in my life and I would never recommend anybody to this company or deal with anybody who has this company. And I’m in Birmingham Alabama
