Work boots

I bought a pair of work boots for my son from you. I don't have my receipt because I thought they would last longer than they did. I don't have a couple hundred dollars to throw away every couple months.The boots fell apart at the heel. He never got to wear them much as he broke his foot. I contacted your store and was told nothing they can do. If there isn't anything you can do who can help me with this issue? They shouldn't be falling apart after a couple months if you are charging tat much money for them. I would like a new pair or some kind of credit to get something else for him to wear. This is a poor business practice to tell someone you can't help them with a defective product that you sell. Dakota . They are CSA approved for what to fall apart within a couple months.
