Unfortunately, Microsoft, in a desire to collect information and extract money from casual users of "Word", makes downloading and printing a Word document virtually impossible without subscribing to their service. Congratulations Microsoft, you have discovered a great way of assuring the failure of Word. I use Google Drive and Google Documents or Open Office (free services) for all my documents. I have requested that all my professional service providers send documents in PDF or Google format. I pay the bills, so they will comply!!
