Won’t satisfy the customer

I purchased a futon they did not tell me I had two weeks to put in a complaint of what it was doing I was waiting for a phone call from them they never at all got in contact with me. And they never left a message now I'm left with a broken futon that I cannot sleep on and they did not try to fix it or replace it now I'm stuck with having to try to find somebody to fix my futon please do not shop at this place at all they will screw you over
