This is only partially a complaint. Mostly it is a request. I find that I do not need the Amazon Prime account. I just don't order from Amazon frequently enough to warrant the $12.99 a month charge to my Visa account. The few times I have used it, scam calls or unauthorized charges on my credit card have occurred. Let me know when you need the number of the Visa account your charges are billed to.
