I bought KUIPER CANADA brand winter boots from Winners in Waterloo, ON at Conestoga Mall, on November 23, 2020. I paid $79.09. But the boot now has *** on the side. I have the bank transaction picture photo. winners manager at this location told me that they can not do anything without a receipt. I know that if they want they can print previous transactions receipts. Similar incidents happened to me at Canadian Tire and Home Depot. They printed my receipts after couple months.
