bought my wine fridge a few years back, i was talked into buying the extended warranty. my wine fridge went bad, i called the company and i have been dealing with this disaster for 2 months and no one will come out to fix my fridge. they make you do all the leg work , lay out the money and them will supposedly reimburse you. i can't even get anyone out to look at it, not even THEIR own service providers. last time i buy this company's products and don't ever ever ever buy the warranty, its a scam
