Yes, I am still upset!! I spent a lot of my money on 2 of those window pools! And both have failed. And now they've jacked the prices up and the company doesn't even know when they'll have replacement liners without windows in!! I mean what kind of company is this!? I've spent a lot of money with them on pools, sand filters and pool cleaning Asessories! I've spent hundreds on just buying stuff to try and stop the leaks! Nothing works!! User's recommendation: Don't buy their window pools and don't expect any good customer service.
