Will not pay on long term insurance

my 88yr old mother has paid for long term care insurance for 27yrs now she needs daily care.Started a claim in april 3,2020 as of sept 22,2020 Massmutual still has not paid I have given them everything they ask for, Bad company User's recommendation: do not buy long term insurance from Massmutual.
