Update by user Mar 07, 2021 No help at all Update by user Mar 07, 2021 Nobody is willing to do anything to help me out with this issue Original review posted by user Mar 07, 2021 Wife purchased as a gift for Christmas and every since I have had this watch it will not keep time the pens keep falling out of the wristband 100% horrible watch for the price in the $800 range I have purchased about 10 different Citizen watches but this is the only one that I have ever had problems with and probably be the last one I ever buy Because nobody is willing to fix it after multiple attempts User's recommendation: Definitely do not recommend this watch.
