Why have a coffee maker in room if nothing is ever refilled?
Staying at Homewood Suites in Rochester NY for 4 Nights. Nice room and great location however during my stay the cleaning service did not refill my coffee station with sugar or cream/milk (coffeemate). So after making a coffee for the 2nd time and realizing that yet again no sugar or coffee mate I called down and asked the front desk for some. I was told to come down to the breakfast area and get it myself.???? Isn't the point of having a coffee maker in your room so you can roll out of bed and have a coffee in the quiet of your room...making it so you don't have to get dressed to go down to the lobby or so you don't have to go in your pj's and hair a mess? Being a Hilton Honors Member and staying at Hiltons all the time I have never come across this. I am actually shocked!!! Is it not the front desks job to ensure that each guests experience is pleasant? Well the front desk person I had the pleasure of speaking with obviously is just lazy and could care less about the guests and their needs or requests. Disappointed to say the least. So now since I have to get dressed I might as well go to the Starbucks down the road. Thank you Homewood Suites Rochester....
