Rented a set of scaffold Castors from White Oak Rental. They closed and went on holidays and billed me for the time they were closed. On phoning to confirm the cost of the rental I am billed more than I was originally quoted by $20. They were open one day over the holidays and expected me to cancel my holiday plans to return this day or pay for their vacation days. I have no problem paying for when I had the items. But paying when I cannot return them is dishonest.
