Whirlpool Repair Service Awful Experience

My wife and I had bought a whirlpool refrigerator along with a three year warranty at Home Depot two years ago and have taken great care of it. Unfortunately, my refrigerator compressor stopped working which resulted in my freezer and my ice making machine to stop functioning altogether. I tried calling customer service but they were very unprofessional and berated me for not having my phone on me even though I've had my face stuck on the screen all day waiting for them. They insisted they call but they never did. It seems to us that they do not value their customers and did not receive the desired service at all. As a result, my food have gone to waste and I'm left with dysfunctional refrigerator. We are not happy with the service outcome and would like a follow up on it from the company itself.
