I was given a referral for a CAT 4 weeks ago. After the first 3 weeks I had not heard about the approval, I contacted the number only to find out that it was not approved and they needed more information from the doctor. They said they would look into it and get back to me. Three days passed and I had to call back to find out out the progress. No one had an answer. I spoke to a supervisor at the Harlem office who promised he would look into it and get back to me Monday. No call back. I called again on Tuesday and am waiting for a response. It has been 4 weeks since my original referral.
