Where is my food?

I was scheduled for a delivery (Order #2542****) this date (2-22-21) between 5:00pm and 9:00pm! It is now 10:30pm and my food has not been delivered!! Since you raised the cost of 4 hour delivery from zero $0 to $3.95 seems to me my food should at least be here within the time frame I'm paying for!
