What a joke this company is.

I called Service America on July 3rd about a washing machine full of dirty towels and water and it would not start. The soonest they could schedule me was for July 13th. I did beg them to come sooner. They rescheduled me for July 11th between 11:00 and 4:30. Their technician just happened to be in my area and started calling me at 8:25, 8:33 and 8:39 and said no one was home and I would have to reschedule. I was walking my dog. When I got home at 8:40 I started calling them back but no answer. Any number you call you get a recording or ask you to go on line. I was with American Home Shield and they were charging a service charge so I switched to Service America. Whoopee, now they charge a service charge. My mistake was paying them a year in advance. When my contract is up, I will no longer be with them. I can't wait to cancel. I have two other friends that are having the same problems and they are cancelling also.
