Some months back I received a flyer from Western Gold (WG) Insurance Agency. I rang and got landlords policy quotes on two AZ rental properties, which seemed competitive. However, there was no follow-up, as a result WG lost the business. I contacted WG on 4/26/19 about a homeowner’s policy on my primary resident in CA. I was told the agent was on the phone and he would call me back. As of this writing I have not received said call back. On 4/30/19 I telephoned WG and asked to speak to the President, a massage was taken with a promise that Patricia would call me back. As of this writing I have not received said call back. I would caution anyone considering using WG, however good their rates seem. If they don’t return calls as promised, there can be very little guarantee of efficient processing and issuing of policies. This level of incompetence is a reflection of the management priorities which need serious re-examination starting with the President.
