We were charged for 3 rooms

I booked 3 rooms, but when we all arrived everyone paid for their own room. However when I get my credit card bill the next month she charged all the rooms to me. This was the end of July. I've called several times and she says she'll take care of this. It is now October and the problem has not been resolved. Over 600 dollars is a concern for me. This happened in Loveland Colorado. Could you help me with this?
