Hi Haven’t checked this forum for awhile. But....here’s what we’ve found out and where we’re at for all. So, we never did get the slide issue resolved, by our warranty. Once the slide motors were put in th Delhi direction, we found out that the wonderful connectors they use are always coming apart. We’ve used aluminum tape to tape them to the wall and that seems to have worked, although they sometimes work loose so we just have to be deligent. The issue of the front landing jacks being installed backwards was an inn fuitiin a lippert says it’s crissroads fault for putting them in backwards, and crossroads says it’s lipperts fault....we got them fixed at our own cost and sent a snot gram to crossroads. The. After moving from Alberta to British Columbia, our kitchen and living room slides were all out of whack. Took it to Apex RV repair and while taking a look at it he found out that the steel beam used down the center of the unit was inferior steel so we had to get that completely upgraded. It was so bad that the welder told us that if we’d driven it much fir there our rig would probably have split right in two! Lots of money later we’re fixed, slides work great. Biggest thing Apex found was that when they dropped the underbelly the leveling system wasn’t even secured to anything! It was literally hanging from its wires just above the underbelly, so that’s why sometimes it would work and to work wouldnt. Once he mounted it properly, we’ve had absolutely no'problems with it. Yes, we’d love to sue Crossroads, but they don’t even exist anymore. They went belly up...so who’d you sue! Our trailer is now completely fixed and while we spent a lot of money to fix, we now know it’s the safest unit on the road. New steel beam, fixed slides, fixed fan, fixed leveling system...whomever gets it, once we’re ready to sell, they’ll have an amazing unit. If crossroads was still around, we’d sue and never by another one! Good luck all!
