Waton abuse at the hands of jumia customer service

I was consistently abused, persecuted and antagonized jointly and serverally by different customer service representatives (Derrick and co) at jumia Ghana. Thus, anytime I called their line on [protected] to inquire about the status of items which were way past the delivery dates promised by Jumia, they sought to antagonize me. Thus, instead of assiting me, they put me on speaker and start interrogating and patronizing me on call. They insist on asking unwarranted questions before informing me that my orders that had been confirmed and both my visa and master cards charged were invalid. I was told by another male customer service when I called the same number that my order would be delivered or something and then hanged up. One Albert I believe is the one championing these abuse as he can be heard on the background. Another female is also heard contributing to my aabuse.
