I took my car for an oil change. They broke my splash guard and called me to the back to show me after the oil change. They tried to tie it up but it didn't work. So they had to inform me. I told them to put it in my car and I will take it to the dealer. After going to the dealer and found out tech at just tires broke the bolts trying to remove the splash guard. I went too just tires after I left the dealer with an $140.00 bill. I went right too route 273 just tires in new castle de. I spoke to the so called service manager TJ Daniels jr. who was very nasty. I asked for the manager he claimed to be the store manager. I felt cause I am a female he thought he can talk down to me. He threatened to call the cops on me if I didn't leave the store. I was only trying to get the money for the problem they have done to my car. I asked what corporate phone number was and he told me they didn't have one. I went home and found it. I called an as off today a week later I still haven't heard a word. Never going back there and I will tell everyone I know not to go there either.
