Ive had a warranty claim in for over a year now , my vertical pellet smoker wont reach temp above 275 without throwing an error code. Was purchased 4/2020 . Your customer service asked for my shipping address which I provided and its been 6 months and Ive received nothing . Was told you were sending me a new controller . Now I go to your web site and its down so I cant even track the progress of my claim . I try calling and am put on eternal hold. Might be time to get my documents together and contact the BBB and file a complaint. User's recommendation: Use caution , mine was bad out of the box going on year and half getting it fixed.
