Warranty is a joke / customer service is useless

1 out of 5 is too generous. Should be zero. F. Absolutely horrible customer service. Your warranty claims are useless. Your customer service in the Philippines are idiots. Robots. They dont understand anything. Round and round and round with emails. Photos of defective product lid covers sent. Then they want a sales receipt. Who keeps sales receipts for small purchases. Besides they fade after time anyway. Was told that Rubbermaid no longer supply easy find lids and glass containers. Well guess what...they are right there on your own website and also available on Amazon. I get some fictional nonsense from the Philippines. They are in an Alternate Reality. Rubbermaid make it exceedingly difficult to get warranty replacement without jumping through multiple hoops. A well known tactic by all large corporations who only want market share and could care less about warranty. The multiple hoops and back and for emails are designed to frustrate the consumer to give up, thus avoiding to make good on the warranty which save Rubbermaid from payouts. Clever but I am smarter than you are. Never again will I purchase from Rubbermaid.
