Warranty and return of Samsung TV.

We have tried to resolve the warranty issues with Samsung TV. Several requirements were needed from Samsung before this can be done. The final requirement was to sign an escribe letter to finalize return. Weve called over 20 times because the form is not transmitting to the computer. When we contact again, Rep. States management will contact you. They have only contacted us via email requesting copy of receipt/ sticker on TV. This was step one and the 1st thing we did! Round and round in circles. Unable to receive final requirement form. They also have time limit for info. Ridiculous and frustrating!! User's recommendation: If you need to return product, prepare to scream.
