I purchased an antenna and after setting it up I could only receive about 6 channels. I called and actually got a hold of tech support and he told me I needed to have the antenna that would rotate for my area instead of the one I purchased. He said I could request an RMA number to return the one I had purchased and then purchase the correct antenna I needed. I received the RMA number and took the antenna to ups and at my own cost returned the product. I had every intention of purchasing the correct antenna after I received my refund of 134 dollars. Its been almost 3 weeks since I've returned the antenna and I've called every phone number, emailed every email and the only response I get is a text message that says... Sorry for missing your call to our TV antenna store (1-80*-380-****). We would like to call you back ASAP. Did you need help with placing a new order or do you have an existing one and need technical support? Please text back and we can get started. Thanks, Mike. www.AntennaDeals.com This company needs to be held accountable for not standing by their warranty and for receiving the antenna back and still not refunding the purchase. They are crooks and I've found their page on FB and have tried to warn others of this as well.
